silverado to mazda

I need help with the process of putting 15" wheels off my 1997 silverado onto the 1991 mazda. it's a 5x5 pattern i believe on the chevy but could anyone give any recommendations on sites where i could get adapters for the mazda, or any tips on the best approach? Thanks!

most use the 6lug chevys...but iv got my adapters off ebay and craigslist before never had any probs out of them
