questions about rims and tires. forgive me I'm new

ok so I was wondering if the stock 18" wheels from a 2004+ F-150 would fit on our trucks. also if my truck isn't lowered could I use the tires that are on it that came with the rims? Could I do it with the Silverado rims? What is the offset/bolt pattern of our hubs ? Please help

yup...you got a 6 x5.5 colt pattern and the ford is 6x135mm..close but not the same

Chevy wheels usually fit with the centers bored out IIRC, as well as any 6lug gm wheel.

6x139.7 is equal to 6x5.5 I think

6X5.5 is 6X139.7 mm
