15" Nissan wheels

Just picked up a set of 15" 1995 Nissan 4x4 truck wheels. I know the wheel fits but what size tire should i go with?

I run 215/65/15s on my Mitsubishi rims. Tread diameter is within one percent of stock 205/75/14, so no speedo error, or gearing issues.

If you are planning on a slammed look, 195-50-15's are the mini truck standard. Zero clearance issues. As Ulrich mentioned, with the reduced sidewall height, your speedo will be off.

My tires fill the wheel well. perhaps the Montero rim's offset isn't quite right, but I don't think I could get away with going lower than the current 2" drop.


What 215/65-15 tires, on Mitsubishi Montero rims may look like.

Here's mine with 195/50/15's on the rear, speedo is off though. Wheels are Mitsu Montero.
