Assuming you meant 265/75R16, no not without quite a bit of lift.
The stock tire size is 205/75R14 or 26.1"x8.1"
A 265/75R16 is 31.7"x10.4"
On my B, I have lifted the front to where it is about 1/2" higher than the stock rear, about 3" of lift. I am running 205/80R16 which is 28.9"x8.1" and I get a slight bit of rubbing on the frame and fender liner. The largest I have seen without a body lift or significant trimming is a 235/75R15 or 28.9"x9.25".
(note that these sizes are purely off converting the metric to inches, each manufacturer will vary a bit so if possible check their specs to be sure)
Not to mention your power will suffer greatly with those big heavy tires on there. Not to mention, the 265/75R16 size is generally a LT tire that his load range C-E, these are much heavier and stiffer than the passenger tires that normally go on these little trucks, and will make the ride quite rough.
This is how it sits with the 205/80R16s on there
And with the stock size 205/75R14s for reference
