I have my truck lowered and the front is setting right on top on the tire (205/70/14) and the back is the same size and have about 2-2.5 inch gap between the fender and the tire. Was wanting a bigger side wall to fill up the gap in the back. In the front want something that won't rub or not much rub at all. The wheels I'm gunna be running are gm wheels as shown there 17x7.5's.

put in the stock dimensions, i think the stock rims have a 0 offset, correct me if im wrong, then put in the dimensions of the rims you have there, a quick google search should get you the offset, chevy z71's have a 38 offset and those should be close, and then play with tire sizes.

Thanks man, looks like I'm putting a 225/55/17 in the rear and a 215/50/17 in the front

you might can try something like a 205/55/r17
