Curious on HOW TO modify my front hubs.

I Have a 5 lug toyota axle to put in my truck when I do the 4 link again. However I have seen and heard about making the front hubs a 5 lug by redrilling them. Does anyone have a write up or info on how to do this, I would really like to do this. Thank You in advance.

No write up really, but you will need a milling machine to do it right, if you have a mill, then it should be self explanatory.
