E.D.C. need help plz!!!

i have an engine driven compressor and its controlled with a psi switch, like 140 on and 175 off or whatever. anyways i replaced the compressor and ever since it wont shut off. it keeps on pupming like the energizer f-ing bunny. the psi switch IS working. even with no power on the wire to my compressor its still pumping???? is the clutch stuck engaged? thanx for any help.

Yup sounds like the clutch is stuck. Might want to pull it apart and try cleaning it up and see if that helps.

ya your clutch is probably caked up and is stuck in engaged mode give a good cleen and I bet you will be fine.

thanx guys i will try to clean it but since it is a reman its pretty much new so im not sure if it will help. mebbe it got painted stuck at the remanufacturer. ill update asap. thanx again
