Ok i went in today to do my emissions, when i bought the truck i knew it wasn't legal and ive had it fr a year since i bought it. when i first did the emissions test i had the previous owner's mechanic rig the carburetor to pass, i saw him pull some vacs and we did the test and passed, he then redid the vacs and called it a day.
Today i went in knowing i wasnt going to pass but i wanted to get numbers so i could know what needed fixing,

I was able to fix the idle to like 500 bearly running haha so i passed the iddle test, so anyway i guess what i want to ask is how i can rig the carburetor to lean it out so i can pass. does anyone know how i can do it? thanks in advance!
