Weber carb throttle return spring

Where the hell am I supposed to mount it and what type/size of spring am I supposed to use? The PO had a crappy little spring on there that was wrapped around one of the vacuum tubes that's on the end of the manifold where the EGR valve is supposed to go.

The kit had a little metal bracket (with two holes) that bolted onto the rearmost EGR bolt, then a spring that went up to the Weber, one is for the spring. You could make a similar bracket from a small wood "mending plate" from Ace Hardware for under $1. I also purchased a stronger return spring from Ace Hardware for mine.
