should be fine, but its safer if u run all the extended lines in a hard line, here in ontartio, you cant have more then 1 foot of rubber line, we just bent up some steel line, from the stock location

working on my gas tank this weekend and have a couple of questions. what is a safe distance to have it off the ground? i was going to put truck all the way down and set tank on 2x4 and use that for my clearnce from the ground. are the hard lines going to gas tank the same as brake lines? i need to extend them and was thinking of useing brake line tubbing, will this work?

thanks.

They sell fuel injection line at the parts store. It is made to handle high PSI. when I put my tank behind the axle, I just made sure that it wasn't lower that the bed sides, that way the bed side would be the first to drag.
