Ive got everything hooked up and ready but there is a vacume line comming from the fuel tank to the big canister (charcol canister I belive) I took out the canister and I need to know what to do with that vacume line, cap it, route it, or what. I also took off my EGR valve and put on a fabbed up block-off plate where it was, I would like to know if im losing somthing important or is it not needed. Also what is that senser just below the carb, front part of the intake manifold, kind of large and screws into the manifold, it looks like a coolant senser of some sort. If it serves no purpose anymore i want to get rid of it. Its a 34/34 Weber full kit, '87 B2200 with a header. Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated!
No pics sorry, camara took a sh*t.

Your all good.

The line can just stay open. Mine is, It does'nt overflow or anything. I think its just for pressure relief and not allow vapor lock.

The EGR valve is okay to remove. Just make sure your truck is in optimal working order or you will suffer detonation and poorer performance and risk blowing the engine.

When you drive it, if you don't experience detonation after full warm-up, I would say your good. If so, see if adjusting timing, mix, and spark gap can remedy the situation.

Are you talking about the green plug? Its just apart of emissions and regardless, the sensors on the intake can be removed, yes. It will no longer be needed since you have the weber.
