crank shaft

my crank shaft looks to be unbalanced is that normal on a bseries truck it runs ok just has a lot of movement when its running

ur crank has a lot of movement?How can u tell? If ur going by movement in the crank pulley,Maz are bad about wallowing out the keyway in the snout of the crank pulley which causes it to wobble on the shaft.If so,sometimes u can just replace the key.If worn badly u might have to replace the whole crank or find a good machine shop to fit a new key and enlarge the keyway a tad.BJ

the keyway is on the crank shaft under the pully its a grove that a piece of metal(the key) fits in to grab on the pulley
