You should take the head to machine shop to replace the guides. The guides have to be pressed out and back in and they have to be honed for the proper clearance. Another option that might be cheaper is to have the shop install guide liners, That way you can still use the guides that are in there and don't have to remove them.
How many miles are on the head? If the head is apart already and you have a dial indicator you can check your self to see if the guides are worn out of spec. Pull the valve off the seat about a 1/4", Place the indicator on the side of the valve face, set it to 0 and rock the valve back and forth. The valve should only move about .005" - .006" any more than that and you need to fix the guides.
