automatic transmission questions

Will a automatic transmission bolt right up to 2.0? will it bolt to factory 5 speed transmission cross member? Will a automatic fit in the stock 5 speed location thru the floor?

ok, it bolts right up to the motor, u will need to get the auto motor to tranny mounts that are on the lower parts of the motor, they are different then the manual ones, also u will need to ream out the fly wheels center hole so the converter slids in i think.... as for the manual cross member u do not use it, u will need the tranny mount and iy mounts to the cross member right behind the manual one, u will also need the auto driveshaft cause its different

i can go out and take detailled pics if u need them

also if you have a pacesetter header you will need to trim the tranny for it to clear

and i have all those parts cl...except no flywheel or converter

Todd i should be able to roll up there in the next few weeks i have t o fly down to southern CA you mentioned you had a motor as well
