i been thinking about getting another project truck to mess with. the truck in question is an '86 Ford Ranger thats a roadster. i was thinking about making it unibody (welding the cab and bed together) as i think it will look badass. below are the good and bad things about it:
good:
-i can get it cheap (less than $100 im sure)
-already torn down and ready to cut up
-clean as hell frame
-its a roadster (ive always wanted to do a roadster truck)
-has engine mounts already for a 302
bad:
-body needs ALOT of TLC
-no title
-no engine or tranny
-no interior
-needs alot of work
the truck would basically have to built from the ground up. along with being a roadster, i wanna body drop about 5" or so. as far as the tirle does, im not sure how i can do that (maybe have owner file for lost title and get it??). it would take alot of time and money to get this truck done bt i think it would be a helluva project to do. what do you all think? i can get a picture of it so you all can see what it looks like if that helps at all.
help me decide!!
