engine swap...nissan sr20det

has anyone done this or seen it done j/w cause tomarrow i plan to get this motor and plan to have it in my mazda by the end of the weekend

thats gonna be cool man. is that the engine out of a nissan 240 or 1st gen supra?

its out of a 240 silvia i got it for a grand with only 37,000 with everything tranny wire harness only thing i need is an intercooler

damn id love to see the finish of that swap. that is gonna be quick as hell. make sure and take plenty of pics and maybe do a write up on it if everything goes well

thats cool, ive never seen one in a mazda though so im not sure about fitment, but they are super easy to wire to anything. i have a few friends that have put them in 510s and we are putting an AWD one in my dads 510.

haha yea deff i was thinking about goin to a junkyard to get 240 motor mounts and the tranny is about 5 in longer then the mazda tranny soo im deff goin to need my drive shaft cut and have to nissan yoke put on it

motors in no problems at all i might have to lower the motor mounts on the frame down a little

Seen quite a few hardbodies with it, I love the Srs, I want one for my hardbody, where did you get that for such a steal? Those trannies are long even in Hardbodies, It moves the shifter back a good foot in them

i got it from a kid in my club and yea the trannys are long i had to cut out a new spot for the shifter about 6 inchs back from the stock maz shifter hole

that looks really nice in there. id like to see some closer pics of your rear setup.
