basically if u have seen a couple of monster four barrel carbs sitting on top of an equally monster blower -then reverse the position of the carbs and blower u will have a "blow-thru arrangement."The s/c or turbo blows the air thru the carb, not the carb sucking air/fuel thru via manifold pressure. The easiest way to do it is supercharge and not turbo, because u r spinning the turbo up with hot exhaust gas and hot exhaust gas and atomized fuel somrtimes make things go "boom".Lol.Big trick would be to get someone to fabricate a bonnet to enclose ur carb so u could pack in as much air as possible.See if u can find an engine pic of a 1957 Ford 'Bird with the 312 supercharged engine and u will get a better idea. Can be done but u r talking some major fab work plus working with air /fuel mixtures and intake manifold pressures until ur head spins.Good luck.BJ
