I say if you run a header and can find a manifold for the Duals go for it. I ran them on my Datsun truck and it ran like a rapped ape.

I have done some fairly extensive research on a dual Webber setup for the B2200. And this is all that I have been able to come up with. If you have about 1500 bucks. Paeco does them.

carl can make you a manifold, there is also a place from south africa called rowland manifolds, they are cast, and they supposedly make one for the dual dcoe's for our dawg....
here is a link to their site:
and this place sell'em stateside:

hayanxpocho69, you may be slightly off on your sizing, they come in 40, 45, and i believe 48 & 50 for competition use....either way if they are free, cool deal, you'll probably need to freshen them up, and it also helps when running a dual setup that they be a matched set of carbs...

the problem with the intake is the coolant passages coming from the head make for a tight squeeze with the acutal intake runners....I'm making a set for my truck, one with 4" runners, one with 5" runners...as Todd said, I wouldn't run a dual setup unless you have a cam & header, and even then the down draft 38dvg outlaw should be plenty enough....now with that said, if you still want a set of side drafts like I did, your options are limited, but I wouldn't get more than the 40 dcoe's as they should be plenty big enough, I've got the 45, but will probably end up having to re-jet them smaller (we'll see)

hope this helps ya out some..

and thank goodness the Webers are easy to rejet, cause I had to go up one size primary on my 34/34 cause the Dawg was stumbling off the line.bj
