diesel to petrol swap

I want to swap my mazda from diesel to petrol. I can get a new unleaded engine from the wreckers no trouble. But what else needs to be swapped for the conversion to work?

it depends

1)the engine wiring harness & computer, and the mess of vacuum lines from the passenger fender.
2)Or drop the gas motor in and put a Weber carb on it.

Well i was gonna put a webber straight on it. Since it cleans up the engine of those endless vaccuum hoses. The wrecker can also get me the wiring loom. But do need to change the fuel pumps or anything?

Man if you were state side I would swoop up that diesel motor. I am thinking about trying to find one and dropping it in the ol truck.

I suggest buying a brand new diesel. This one blows the blackest smoke. And has horrible acceleration. My mate sent me a message the other day when i was taking it to the mechanic. 'oiy i saw you in the smog machine today', thats how the meesage started. The black smoke is not a good look.

man, if only i had a diesel to start with that would be so sweet!
