4.3 v6 swap

can use this to make the 4.3 swap into y 87 b2200



i guess im wondering if the mounting points on a small block 350 are the same as the 4.3 v6 out of like an s10. thanx in advance

just wondering how you think that a v8s motor mount will work for a v6s?

^^ Actually the 4.3 V6 has the same mounting location as the small block chevy. The only diffence is that the 4.3 is missing the two front cylinders! Yes you can use the V8 mounts on the 4.3.

diferentone- that is the same croissmember I used to mount my SBC in my mazda I also got it from Summit. You need to get say 1969 camaro engine mounts to use that crossmember. Heres a pic of my mount, it is set way far back, yours would most likely be set more forward.If I did a 4.3 I would use the exact same mount.

just curious, why the 4.3??

well i get the power without the weight of a v8 and it takes less room. but i got a really good deal on what was supposed to be a 302 with an auto tranny. but i started taking it apart and turns out its actaully a 351w
