So the header is my main question. When installing this guy, did you reuse the O2 sensor? Or is there no need for it now that all the emissions stuff is gone with the carb replacement? Also the outlet of the header is fireing right at the crossmember. What did you do? I guess I will need to get a piece that is stepped down to go under the crossmember. It is pretty lame that the pipe is fireing right towards that crossmember. Also lame is that they supply you the piece designed to slip onto the header with a flange, but don't include the other side of the flange. Even the gasket, and no flange?? WTF? My cab is off right now, so I was just going to the exhaust with the cab off. Seems like aftermarket stuff never fits right. I even had to pull the A/C compressor out of the way to get the header in there. It fits back in, so I guess its not that big of a deal. Anyway...got any answers for me on the O2 sensor?

see how you have a bent piece shaped like a S? Thats what I am talking about. I guess I shouldn't complain at least it doesn't hang lower.

So what about the O2 sensor? Do I need to run it? With all the other emissions stuff in a pile off the truck, what will the O2 sensor do? Isn't it emissions related, or does it do something else?

ya, is yours not like that ?

mine is like that. My complaint is that it should just be a little lower so that you don't have to bend a piece of pipe to go under the crossmember.

you have no use for the o2 sensor except to plug that hole in the header. lol

wtf for ?? ...is it part of emissions and when a Weber is installed you dont need it ??

you don't need to plug the hole if you dont install that part. It comes seperate from the header. If you notice on Cody's truck they welded it on after the S-piece.
