i know this might be a stupid question but this is my first car so it is a learning experence for me. how do you adjust the clutch on a 1991 b2600i 2wd.

well if you have a hidro clutch then it takes 2 people to bleed it. one to pump the clutch pettel and one to loosen the bleeder valve that is located on the side of the trans mition on the slave silinder.

thanks but can someone plz tell me how to do this on my exact model b2600i my problem is that the clutch dosent engage until the petal is fully released instead of about half like it should

that usiuly means that the clutch is woren out and needs to be replaced the disk is woren out. does it slip like not rilly go when ur foot is off the clutch and you give it gas

pretty surre your clutch is no good, and Im pretty sure you cant adjust a hydraulic clutch

no, the clutch is not adjustable on this one... I would check your fluid level and if that's good, then try bleeding your system. These are notorious for leaking slave cylinders. I have already replaced mine and am now looking at replacing the master cylinder.

A good way to check your clutch is to pull the e brake a bit and let the clutch out while in first gear kinda fast if it hooks up and dies right away your clutch is fine if it doesn't die that usually means its slipping i had mine up to about 3k rpm going nowhere I knew what it was right away lol.
