Tune-up Help???

Ok so as the title says i want to give my '87 B2200 a tune-up. What do you guys consider an all around tune-up? Air filter, fuel filter, plugs, wires, rotor, cap, brakes, oil change..... What am I forgetting? Also whats the name of the little filter in the breather housing that goes to the valve cover? Not the PCV valve, but the little cotton looking one.

mazdas have it built into the aircleaner but you can buy the insert at any parts store by the filters
