when running a Webber carb and fuel cell, what type of fuel pump are you guys running? Are you still using a regulator? Whate type of sending unit?

as far as pump goes I'm using a high flow/low pressure electric fuel pump. It runs 3-4 psi no need for a regulator.
If you run the factory mechanical pump you will need a regulator. Which costs the same as the electric pump so it is just as easy to go that route.

I'm running a fuel cell with the stock pump and regulator with a Weber 34/34 with no issues.I've run this same combo on 4 Mazdas and never changed the pump or regulator.

That is kinda what I was needing to know..I am at the point to where I needed to figure out if I should just get the regulator or, get the cell (that I was going to get anyway) and a lower pressure pump.
Got a brand or, better yet a part # or link for the pump you are using?

I am running a 10 gallon fuel cell with the stock mechanical pump and there is no need for a regulator imo...I run a fuel filter on the feed and return and there is more than enough psi...even with a 15 gallon fuel cell I had no problem...I would recommend getting a fuel cell that has a sump though, helps a bit!

It was just a inline electric pump that NAPA sells usually around the v-8 chrome parts. Any parts house should be able to get it if not have 2 or 3 on the shelf. It should look something like this

I too. ran my stock fuel pump with return line for a while it worked, but once I went this route I was able to tune my carb much better and picked up a few MPG's which is what I want out of a daily.
