Yes you can use ur jack ( cherrypicker might be better), Just remove the crossmeber so you can get your jack under. ME I would loosin up the engine mount on both side but leave 1 nut on one side to keep it in place. So change 1 at a time. If it hard to get in it place then loosin up the mount bracket on the engine and work it into it place. Dont force it. Oh and cuz i had this problem. When u get one of ur mounts out, look at the old one and the new one and make sure they are the same. I noticed when i did mine, my new one was 1/4 too tall and couldnt get it in it place. Good luck!
