another webber post

what's up guys
i'm in the process of installing a webber on my b and found a wire that is just kinda chillin all by itself not plugged into anything.
the wire is connected at one end to the base where the old dookie factory carb used to be mounted. the wire itself is about a 12 - 14 ga wire about 10 inches long with a white plug on the other end. not sure where this wire is supposed to go or what to do with it

the carb warmer maybe is it connecting to shiny plate ?right under the carb

yeah it's right under the carb. one end is connected under the carb but the other is just kinda chillin all by itself in a white single pin plug. would add a pic of the wire in question but the only pic i got is on my phone
