I found a 1990 mazda mx6 for really cheap and buddy says it runs well.
my question is how hard is it to swap my B2200 motor for the mx6, does the tranny bolt right up. im assuming it will. and how much hp/tq will it give.
and i also wanna know if it would be easier if i kept the block for the B22?

thanks guys

the mx6 use the same block as the b22thankx to that ur tranny will bolt on, if that mx6 ur getting is a f2 same as the b22 with the same internals 8.6:1 compresion ratio but instead the use a 12v head, so u can use ur block and drop that head on, if it is a gt version u should drop the whole engine in cause that on use same block but different internals cause the turbo 7.8:1 compretion ratio, the only problem ur gona have is the dizzy clearence cause those car are fwd they use the dissy in the back and the truck in the front, so u either gona have to open a hole on the firewall and kepp it all stock or go distributorless with a standalone. oh the non-turbo engine makes 110hp and the turbo makes 145hp
