Black box on dist?

okay so your using the white wire in your other truck.what do you think is my problem then.will i get more power using the mag pickup,could the stock coil be holding the ignition back?i think more moneys gonna be spent...i feel it.

Yes i am using the white in my other truck. I would never use a stock coil with a msd box.... thats just me thow. It sounds like you may have a carb problem. Knowing now what i do about the stock dist i would have run my other truck that way. The only draw back is if the msb box dies your down till you get another one. The way i have it wired in my other truck i can put stock coil in and go if the box dies.

yeah thats what i was thinking if i need the stock igntion,but do you think they both are getting the same high spark either way you use it?
