after putting in a new water pump,my timing belt breaks.i got a new belt.

how do i install it.i mean i know about tdc,alighning the head for intake/exhaust stroke,but what about the oil pump?what exactly needs to be done?did i damage anything?

i don't know how to do this cause my dad did mine for me when he had some free time at work, but i'm pretty sure the 2.2l engine is an interference engine, meaning you could have had a valve smash into a piston. Before you get pissed though, i'm not sertain it's an interference engine, since the spark plug doesn't go through the valve cover like a usual interference engine.

haha tricks....i got the bolt out on my auto.oh and the b's are non-interference engines,she started up but now i need to tighten the crank bolt,any ideas?not like manual where you put it in gear.im almost done but this is the only thing holing me back.

yeah,ill have to pull the radiator to impact that sucker,ill try the starter method first.do you guys think itll come off though,the crank and motor spin the same way.
