If room permits you could get some sheet metal and make up a channel for it to sit in, 1-1/8" wide top and bottom and 3/8" high, made like a "C" shape, run it under the guard, (following the contour of the body) and rivet it to the guard itself, strip the tape off the wires, remove any that aren't used and push the kept ones into the channel, hold in using another bit of sheetmetal folded into a "L" shape and either rivet or ziptie to the "c" shaped part.
I'd predrill the whole lot to be safe and use rivets myself.
The view from the end would look like a box section with all your wires running through it, the reason I'd do it this way and not just use box section is that you can't get the plugs thru the box section, and if you needed to run more it's easy enough to drill out a couple of rivets.
Or if you have a lot of time you could cut the wires and extend them to run along or thru the chassis frame, this could be hard to fix though if you damage the chassis using bags.
