Thats what I'm using on my truck. The combo of going to headers and getting rid of the plugged up exhaust manifold cat made a big difference in acceleration, fuel economy and sound. I had to change my muffler setup as a matter of fact cause my first cat was doing most of the muffling.
As far as gas mileage, I was getting 37 hwy mpg when I was jetted lean, advanced the timing, and running water/alcohol induction with holley 5200 so I'm not the best person to comment on the gas mileage effects of just the header itself.
Also when I removed the stock exhaust manifold, and the cat attached to it, down pipe to the lower cat, and the smog attachment from the stock air cleaner, I put it all in a box and weighed it. Ended up being 94lbs removed.
