i need a clutch kit and was wondering if a 84-93 626 clutch kit or any b2000 clutch will bolt on the b2200 without swapping flywheels?

They interchange just fine Generally are the same part numbers.

will work just fine... just dont try to put a b22/b20 clutch in a b26i. different teeth count... clutch plate from a turboII will fit a b26i, its just slightly smaller in overall diameter than a stock b26i plate.

i think if you really wanted to you could even do the 626 motor swap and still be able to bolt it to your b series tranny... not 100% on that, but im pretty sure ive heard of it being easily done...

I put a F2t in(Probe,MX6 GT),am using a stock 2200 clutch,flywheel,any Normally Asperated MX6 clutch will fit in a B2200 bellhousing,turbo engines had a larger flywheel & clutch,won't fit in the bell ,and you can't put a starter on it without machine work .
