It cant be that hard it just a 4 banger and that's whats already there. Just me thinking but motor mounts, trans mount., and yeah a custom drive shaft. There both hydraulic clutches so that shouldn't give to much hassle. You got the wiring down and that the hardest thing I've run across with a motor swap. You may need a different fuel pump depending on if you have fi or carb on your mazda now.
Fuel spark and air that's all ya need right
I just don't see it poseing that big of a problem unless you don't have the time, tools or like me the money
