I just picked up a super clean 91 b2200 real cheap.Guy i got it from overheated it and warped the head I'm not new to Mazdas this will be my 8th truck and have had the motors apart on a few before . Ok so her goes sent the head out to reputable head shop in town they torqued it and baked it in an oven to straighten the top of the head and Machined the bottom down polished the cam new seals ect. I purchased new water pump, fan clutch, thermostat,Radiator, cap, timing belt,hoses,o2 sensor, spark plugs, cap ,rotor ect.(you get the picture) I drained the oil, pulled the pan (to clean it up oil was milky).Put it all back together, torqued the head flushed the cooling system out (as best I could) fresh coolant oil filter ect. Been driving the truck for a week know (runs really good) and I am loosing coolant I don't have any leaks and when I check the dipstick oil looks fine, does'nt run hot gauge maintains right about on the half way mark I pulled the plugs to check them and they still look new weird thing is that I pulled the pcv valve and it looked milky green and white mixture and also the breather element in the air cleaner looked the same. I was just wondering if any one had any suggestions I sure hate to have to pull the head again to check the gasket and the truck is to nice just to give up on I love driving these trucks and want to keep her. Tomorrow at lunch I'm going to pull the valve cover to check out the inside see what it lookes like.
