Got a short block form JIS Engines in Texas. Installed it and it still ran like a dog. So I slapped in a Weber! Runs great now ! I have to get it to stop ticking. I put all new HLA in it. So after the break in period I will will take them apart to clean em.

Looks clean!!!

You need to slap a pacesetter header on that bad boy to get rid of those hoses... <img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt=":D" title="Very Happy" /><!-- s:D -->

Nice work, keep it up!

You can get some 14x1.5 bolts and plug the holes where the hoses hook to the exhaust manifold.Looks good though.

xanks guys! I am looking into getting a pacesetter header after I take care of the lifter tick. My next step is to raise her up some and maybe go with some 31x9.50x15 tires... I have had this truck since 1993 and this is the 3rd motor in it. We were about to give up on the truck but I got the bug in me to fix it again. Maybe soem new paintmight freshen her up a bit too

Now that you have the webber on there you can pull all that wire and useless crap out the passenger side of the engine bay lol! I did that on mine, Cleans it up a ton! I even welded up my manifold and smoothed it out so I didn't have vacuum plugs on every thing.. But it looks sweet man keep up the good work bro!! Oh and the Pacesetter works out good just got mine..
