Cruise control...my next big headache!!!

Well now that I got my air fixed, the next thing to tackle is my cruise control, & I have no Idea where to start, it looks to me like everything is there, I just can't get it to work. If anyone has any ideas how to get it working, please let me know!!!

I really dont remember cruise much at all...but congrats on the AC up and running....

thanks man, engine compartment stuff isn't really my thing, bodywork is, but my dad helps me out with it so I'm just trying to figure out something to relay to him when we tear this thing apart, so I'm just kinda, learnin as I go. But yeah If you have a diagram of the system that might help.

Like with anything else, check the easy stuff, first.
Make sure you're getting power to the switch and the comp.

So I found out the switch and the lever controls work, both tested out good, but i think there is something wrong with the box under the hood, not really sure, but I'd like to find out and get this shizzle working, especially since I do alot of interstate travel

i know the speed sensor is in the gauge cluster.

check your vacuum line for leaks and make sure its not plugged up with grease and grime at the connectors.

I have a diagram on how to install and trouble shoot the cruise on a Maz.They were a dealer installed option.I also have a complete new and used cruise .bj

Cruise woulda been nice to have today, on the way home from All Truck Nats
