MSD 6AL on a 2.2?

Anyone have a wiring diagram for a 6AL on a '89 carbed 2.2l? I already have the box installed and it would be a big help!

Do you have a msd coil? I have one on 2 diff trucks one with the stock brain in the dist and the other is converted to a mag pickup in the dist. It dark out right now but i can get a wiring order for ya if needed.

Its a stock coil, would i need to get a msd coil?

I would def run a msd coil with a box. Ill go look and see if i can get the wiring for the stock setup!

Okay now after looking at it i remembered how i had to wire it. Big red to batt black to ground. Orange to + on coil black to - . Now take the wires off the coil none of the stock wires stay on the coil only the orange and black that are together coming from the msd. The small white wire into the blue wire to dist and the red wire to the big black wire with white stripe that used to goto the coil. Now what wires that were on the coil need to stay together i think it was about 3 wires with the big black with white stripe. Not sure if this is the way others have but thats the way i did it about 4 years ago and 40,000 miles and no problems.

I have the MSD 6AL hooked up to the best of my knowledge to where the truck will crank but I don't believe its hooked up correct because the tach, speedometer, fuel gauge and heat gauge isn't working now. There were like 3 wires on the negative coil before I installed everything. Can anyone show me a picture of their setup so that I can get this wiring done correctly? I'm not even sure that the MSD is even doing anything since things aren't working right...

Sorry completely forgot about the post above that says a few things about how to wire it, gonna make sure I have it done that way and go from there.
