it idled with the weber before bagging it? If it's stalling at a idle the idle screw needs adjusted or the pump is putting out too much fuel pressure causing it to flood out. weber carbs are designed to run at 3-4psi maximum. If the jetting in the carb is a hair over what it should be the stock pump will cause it to not idle flooding it out. hope this gives you something to help.

i had a stock carb on it when it got bagged, when i first put the weber on it idled but it either idled to high or to low and now it dosent idel at all and i cant find a vac leak anywhere

mayb a pinhole in a vacume line from a weld spark? you can spray carb cleaner under the hood if you think thats it and it will run right when the vacume sucks it in.

i replaced the vac line and if i had a leak in the break vac line the breakes wouldnt work right??

Did you adjust the idle screw? There is also adjustment on the cable, somtimes the linkage will stick so it seems high then you back the screw off then when it unsticks it wont idle. Make sure you have a good return spring and lube the throttle shaft on the outside.

i had to replace the return spring on mine... i just used one that was on the stock carb.... as for the idle problem... maybe timing is off or you have a vac leak..... i forgot hood the pcv valve up and it ran like crap.... hooked it up and wala running like a champ.... also did you get rid of the egr and all the emission control harness?? have you checked all the bolts and nuts on the intake to make sure they are all tight..... any little leak will make it run idle crazy....
