im having trouble with my master cylinder and my slave. there isnt enough pressure to get me into gear. what can i do or need to do to get pressure to get it into gear? its a 2001 mazda b2300.

You need to bleed the air out of the system.

I think the truck you have has a slave cylinder that is internal to the bell housing.

It may have started leaking.

If you climb under the truck, if the bottom edge of the bell housing is wet with clutch (brake) fluid, yo probably have found a bad omen.

those are a pain in the ass! chevy used the same ones on the 2nd generation s10s and maybe a few other models. only bad thing is is that it is recommended to replace the master cylinder along with the slave cylinder. now that was always the rule of thumb with s10's not sure if its the same with yours, but i would still keep that in mind. what really sucks is that you'll have to drop the tranny to replace it and while doing that at least check out your clutch and replace it then rather than later.

try bleeding it first like mazdatweaker said, you might get good results
