Everytime i was turning the truck off it would make screwed up noises, i assumed the idle was too high... But I was later told it's called "deiseling"??

Anyway, there was a vac leak at that time and i capped off a few things, here and there. There was one line that would blow hair out, and one valve on the weber that was doing sucking air in, so i put them together for about 10 mins to see what happens like a dumb ass... obviously stupid of me because now the valve and line are both dead... they do not blow out or suck in... And the carb/motor is making a very weird high pitched buzzing / whistle noise. and the truck is running like crap...

I hope i can get lucky and find someone who knows what the heck i'm talking about!
Let me know what i can do please.

Have you checked the timing? If its dieseling, id bet the timing is off. Has it only been doing this since the weber carb was put on, or is it something that has just started happening recently.

Check your timing first off and elbine said if thats not the problem i would tell you to go back to the factory settings on the carb which can be found at
make sure all the gaskets are good (manifiold to plate, plate to carb) and go to the local shucks, autozone and pick up a couple packs of vacume caps (the blues ones are the right size) make sure you get all them all capped and dont forget about the 2 on the bottom of the manifold
