Crank question

Does anybody know if all Mazda cranks are drilled for a pilot bearing? I'm buying a 87 b2000 5 speed that needs a motor and I'm pulling my 2.2 automatic for a v8 and I was wondering if I could put the 5speed tranny on my motor.
