Nope, you can't go back on something; even if things go sour afterwards. You did something as a kind act, that's how it must be.

Agree with spngr....You can't go back. The past is history, no need to waste the present worrying about somethign you can't change.

I assume this "something" isn't something good...well, that'll happen, but wishing you could take an action back is fruitless, put the past behind you and look forward to the future, you never know what it holds.

agreed, unless you have their ranger...then you should probably give that back lol, but yea for real other than the aforementioned, if you give it out generosity then you werent expecting it back in the first place, so why should things change just because a relationship went south, whomever is wanting something back from you should just take their lumps and move on in life

Fuck him....if he's petty enough to demand something just because things didn't work out the way that he wanted, fuck him. You can't always expect to get something for every action you do, and going back and trying to get something later is just petty. Send that bastard on his way with a swift kick in the ass.
