HELP!!! 2.0 head 2.2 block cams? turbo?

Hey guys any help on doing a head swap?
I want to turbo the motor, i was thinking of doing the same set up as the F2T motor, with a subaru turbo.
but i really need to put a new head on it. i dont wanna screw with the old one.
Does the 2.0 swap out?
and is there someone who makes cams?
Ive had my truck for three years now. and i finally have the money to do stuff to it. so any help would be great.

FE3 swap from a Kia sportage 2.0 16valve bolts directly in more reliable power, turbo that.

I am after a JDM FE3 myself.

I really wanna just keep the F2 in it. and do work to that. i was thinking about puting the FE3 in my next mazda.
Is there any one who knows where i can get a cam for the F2?

The F2 is a turd, no power, inefficient, no real porformance stuff, and loud ass lifters

Oh wait a minute, get the 12v head for it ,
From the MPV I think

is it a direct fit. or will it take a balls tone of mods?
cause i really want to just make this one easy. lol.
