info on ignition switch

i searched and didnt find anything i really dont know where to post this i was told by another mazda b2200 owner he had problems with his ignition switch my truck would shut off all of a sudden riding down the road and he told me to clean my contacts in the switch so i go to take the switch cover thing off with all the contacts and it pops apart now i donno how to put it back together correctly i know the copper things only go in a certain way due to the prongs on the back IM LOST AS TO THE LITTLE SPRINGS AND WHERE THEY GO I HAVE (7) Springs total (6) Black and (1) Chrome please help anyone thanks again ALSO ON ONE OF THE COPPER DISCS DOES IT SUPPOSED TO HAVE A GROVE IN IT?? IF NOT WHAT SHOULD I DO TO FIX IT THANKS

its got 9 holes and i have only 7 springs is this how many there supposed to be or im i missing some please help thanks also the copper ring that looks like a D the top piece has a indentation on it should it be this way or should it be smooth??

sorry i cant help man i always just swap out the whole switch

do u swap it out for another used one or do u get a new one?? and if so where can u get one im a regular at the local mazda dealership now been goin back in forth all last week now

i get them used from auto wreckers

I took my 92 ignition apart but its different looking than wat you got there. I thought i was gonna be a hero and help you out, sorry.
