Sorry I don't know how much help this will be but when I had my old 12a's (1x turbo, 1x stage 2-6 port) I was getting around 110-115 on the turbo and 95-100 on the ported one.
I think you will need to take it to a rotary guy to test as when you are testing it you will have a point there where 2 of the chambers are open at once, (as the apex goes over the spark plug hole), this will allow the pressure to shift past one chamber into the next and will yield low as results.
(This happens on the big side ports too, and is what gives the bidgeport that awesome sound).
If this is your first rotary you should also know that the PP has the shortest life of all as it is intended for racing purposes only and yields high power/revs at the cost of the seals.
you will be lucky to get 35-40k (kilometers not miles) before rebuilds (usually), I would rebuild it before the seal itself snaps as this will destroy the housing, rotor and seals and will cost a lot more to fix, as well as taking longer to get all the parts in.
