ok so i have a 89 mazda b2200 and noticed on the front of the compressor on the side it was leaking out oil priced a new compressor and im not forkin out 300 for a (REBUILT SO CALLED NEW ONE) so talked to someone on here and he found a compressor case gasket kit which i bought now i no nothing really about rebuilding a a/c compressor but im not dumb i can do basically anything just need some advise or guidance the compressor i have is a sanden SD708 what steps should i take to rebuild this compressor? and what oil do i need to put back in it do i flush my A/C or should i just take the compressor off rebuild it and take it to a A/C shop and have them flush the system and recharge it ALSO DO I HAVE TO HAVE A SPECIAL TOOL TO REMOVE THE CLUTCH OR ANYTHING PLEASE HELP THANKS AGAIN EVERYONE!!!!

Not sure on the rebuild but once you get everything back together you need to have someone pull vacuum on the system before it is charged so you can get maximum cooling out of the setup.

ok thanks anyone have any info on the removing the clutch would it say in the haynes repair manual?? ima bout to check anyone else got any help or advice i would appreciate it thanks

anyone? does it take a special tool to remove the clutch?
