Year and size of engine would be great?
How do you know you are getting fuel to your carb?
While cranking try squirting some gas down your carb, if it fires it is fuel. If your inlet needle/float is stuck you could have fuel to the carb but not be getting it into the carb. If you take the linkage off and move it quickly by hand do you see fuel squirt in the carburetor? If the carb is working there is virtually no way, besides your intake valves being closed for it not to get the fuel to the cylinders.
