I started working on my truck the other day. I got it started and it was running pretty good. I found a problem when the truck is running I have oil coming from what I think is the cam shaft. Now I am at a confused point with what this might mean. Do I have to replace the camshaft or just like the baerings. Any info you guys can give me would be awesome. I plan on dropping an F2 motor in around the new year so any cheaper form of fix would be good.

My main problem now is that the substance that I thought was water is oil. It's not coming from the pump, its coming from the top of the motor. I think it may be coming from the cam area, like the shaft. Yet, my thoughts are it might be cam seals or bearings leaking. This is a little out of my engine leaking knowledge. I am just looking for a cheap fix. I plan to put another motor in around the new year, so for now I just want it running to get it registered.
