not sure if u want the turbo supra but an 01 is300 has a supra motor with out the turbo..u may find a wrecked one of those

if i can fit everything under the hood i would like to go with the turbo or even a twin turbo...might be pushing it though space wise

IS300 isn't exactly the same compression and bottom end is different if I recall. Hope you have about 5-6k to do this swap the right way 2jz's aren't cheap to build.

The supra motor and the skyline motor are the same size more or less it will fit but those 2jz motors are alot more money than a RB skyline motor. I just got a 2jzgtte for money owed and sold it in 2 days and i made some good bucks.
Here is some pricing from up here
these prices are retail and candian dollars
Toyota supra 1jzgte from 900 to 1950
Toyota supra MK4 2jzgtte from 5200 to 5800
Nissan rb20 det from 900 to 1150
rb25 det from 1599 to 1750
rb26dett from 2500 to 3800
all these motors come complete with wiring harness and tranny

As you can see you can buy 2 to 6 rb motors depending on which model you buy as compared to the supra 2jzgtte motor.

definitely dont have that kind of cash but the RB motor does sound like a possibility. only thing is i dont know where to buy a motor that is actually worth buying, that i can trust to work. anybody know of any places?

RB20 is a stout motor and usually overlooked b/c it doesn't make the power of the RB25. But if you live in the US you won't exactly be able to get parts for an RB motor at your local auto parts store.

We have alot of spots here to buy these motors and parts are still hard to come by but you can get them you need to find a good shop that deals in Japanesse parts from japan a good importor of RHD cars would help to.
