i got a dgec weber for my mazda. Is there anything else i need to buy to do the conversion? How do you tune these things?

there super easy to tune! unless you need diff jets. so you get it all bolted up, and turn the idle screws all the way in, then turn them out 1.25 to 1.5 turns, then start it. if it starts, go to the carb and tune the idle/ fuel mixture screw till it sounds good, and you can rev it with no problems, and it doesnt smell rich.

Bro I have a weber 34/34 (solex) must have been the biggest POS to finally get it to start and I had to have a custom adapter made. BUT...... it has alot more power. I need to get it to the shop to have the jets changed and tune that sucker. I have never been a guy of copious amounts of carb knowledge or AT's for that matter. Anyways youll love it

started a runs!!! a bunch more power. I still need to re size the jets but it will have to do for right now.

so i tossed the dgec back in april 2011 and put on a DGEV 32/36 and runs perfect. my truck only has 50 miles on head and block i built it from scratch... new everything except casting

I've liked my Weber 32/36 DGEV since late 2005 on mine. I use #99 spring from Ace Hardware for the throttle return.
